"Sting"

Sting has always been one of my all time favorite wrestlers so I was pretty excited to do this theme. I grew up in Philadelphia which has always been a wrestling hotbed and unlike many areas in the 80s that only had access to whatever promotion ran in their territory, there have always been a large choice of companies in Philly to choose from whether it's with television or live shows. In Philly we had various companies like World Class, UWF, & AWA (briefly) air on TV but the big companies were the WWF/WWE which before expansion was mainly northeast based, and NWA's Jim Crockett Promotions which operated mainly the Mid-Atlantic area/Carolinas. In Philly we had the pleasure of not only getting both companies TV shows but they came to our town for live events. While I watched both companies, I was always a bigger NWA/WCW fan since their product felt more realistic and more athletic based. One of the wrestlers who stuck out to me as a kid was a young Steve

Batman Beyond (Ver. 2.0)

If you've followed my work for a while, you might remember the Batman Beyond Nike Dunks from 2016 . Well recently, my friend Jeff of Strange In The Membrane Podcast (who I made shoes for last year which can be seen here ) contacted me about making a pair for him, this time on the classic Nike Air Force 1 Lows. The Air Force 1 version features the same design as the original Dunk versions but with a few minor changes. Here's the "Before" shoe for those not familiar with the Air Force 1: And here is the finished product: I pretty much kept these exact to the original versions except for the back tab and I changed the tongues to have the Batman Beyond logo which I think is a better look for the shoes overall. I even did up a custom box for Jeff as a little surprise. I've done a ton of comic book themes but this is easily one of my top 5 favorites to do because of the design and also being a

"Glitch" (aka "Glitch In The Matrix")

Something new for the online shop. These are the "Glitch" Air Max 90s. Made using the all white Air Max 90s, these were based on an old mock up sketch I did a few months back and wanted to release it in time for the spring season. These can be ordered from the online shop (see link below) and feature a pale green and black colorway.
